Ramayan.. Mahabharat…FOUND A JOY I THOUGHT WAS LOST😂

Ramayan and Mahabharat have not only taken over the screen but also my WhatsApp groups and chats, with highly involved discussions about how adorable Kumbhakaran was or how polygamy was made cool by the Mahabharat. (Again this is not to harm any sentiments and purely looking at them like TV shows that showcase some ecstatic twists and turns) The stories are tightly woven and with each episode there is something interesting to discuss which is keeping us connected despite all the distance.
We are watching it for the second or the third time, but still the interest they have been able to generate is tremendous and the way they’ve captured our attention couldn’t have been more delightful!

Simply amazed by the brilliant writing and fabulous storytelling coming straight from the heart of India!❤️

Of Game of Thrones – Over the Years

Today, I don’t feel like writing about the episode atleast not now, but I wish to write about the feeling that tingled my heart every time I heard-Game of Thrones.
Right from the ringtone that blared for more than a year every time my phone rang to the useful and useless merchandise I spent on, Game of Thrones was more than a show, more than characters.
Now, that it’s over I want to think of it as a fair weather friend, a friend I share a lot of memories with.

QUICK RECAP: GOT SEASON 8 EPISODE 3 THE LONG NIGHT

the war is just over in a minute and you wonder whether waiting for eight seasons and then watching us long 82 minute episode that killed the most vicious villain of this cinematic universe in such an easy manner it is just not satisfying

QUICK RECAP: GOT SEASON 8 EPISODE 2 A KNIGHT OF THE SEVEN KINGDOMS

I have always shipped Jaime and Brienne so I have always disapproved of Tormund’s wild advances towards her.. but in this one he won my heart. After his sinisterly wierd story of Gaint’s milk, he prompted one of the most beautiful moments across all seasons.
We’ve all known that Brienne has been a truer Knight than most but tradition wouldn’t allow a Lady to become a Ser. With all his passion Gianstbane says that had he’d been King he would knight her 10 times which strikes Jaime! Well, he goes on to prove that you don’t need a king to the needful and what starts as banter, ended up in bringing Brienne the greatest joy of her life. Jaime knighted her and among men around a fire rose Ser Brienne of Tarth, a Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. The scene was so emotional, that I thought she will just burst in tears and kiss Jaime but alas!

QUICK RECAP: GoT Season 8 Epiode 1

But the show stopper without a doubt was Bran! Freaking the hell out of Jon and most of the others by his glassy glances and actually the one to always be ‘Lurking Somewhere’. I had always imagined that it would Bran who tells Jon that ‘You ain’t MY brother bro.. j
